Rosie Cantillo

Rosie Cantillo is a litigation paralegal who has worked in the legal field for 30 years, earning her Paralegal Certificate at Boston University. Throughout her career, she has assisted attorneys and clients representing Fortune 100 and 500 companies in state and federal court cases. Rosie has extensive experience throughout all facets of litigation including through trial. She has had the privilege of working with Hon. Timothy J. Stafford, Ret., for 12 years before he was appointed to the bench on September 13, 2013 (Orange County Superior Court).

As an experienced litigation paralegal, Rosie works closely with attorneys to develop strategies through all stages of the lawsuit and she regularly assists with drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting research, writing memos and summarizing briefs and records. Her skills include navigating the management of deadlines, communication among opposing counsel and clients, document filings in federal and state courts. Rosie is well versed with trial preparation and adept with legal research.

Rosie enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football, visiting local wineries and attending concerts with her husband.
