We know these cases are not always easy, but that is not an excuse not to fight for you. We take on challenges head-on, and we do our best to be advocates for you. Uplift Law is committed to helping you get the justice you deserve.

Harassment

Harassment in the workplace impacts millions of lives every day. Whether employees simply do not know their rights, or fear the repercussions of speaking up, many employees struggle to stand up to harassment. Uplift Law intimately understands this struggle and knows how to protect you. With our help, employees can take a stand against harassment and let your employers know that it is not acceptable. Our firm can help you understand your legal rights, and the actions you can take to put a stop to harassment.

DISCRIMINATION

There are endless ways in which discrimination can occur. Whether its differences in race, gender, or sexual orientation, everyone has a trait that makes them unique. Although diversity should be embraced, these differences often cause individuals to face bullying, intimidation, and harassment from people in power. This discrimination runs rampant in California workplaces and is something that Uplift Law will not tolerate.

WAGE & HOUR DISPUTES

“Fair wages for fair work” is a principle that America was founded on. You deserve to be fairly compensated for your hard work and Uplift Law will work equally as hard to ensure that you will be. If your employer has subjugated you to experience wage and hour violations, Uplift Law will fervently protect your legal rights with our expertise in California labor law.
